Terms and Conditions (T&C)

for orders placed via the Gloria platform with Soup & More

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the Gloria online ordering platform with the vendor Soup & More.

The agreement governs only the relationship between the customer and Soup & More, not between the customer and the platform provider Gloria GmbH.

3. Contract Conclusion

The product listings on the Gloria platform are non-binding and do not constitute a formal offer.

By clicking the button “Place Order” or “Pay Now,” the customer submits a legally binding order. The contract becomes effective when we confirm the order or start preparing or delivering the food.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) or Khmer Riel (KHR) and include any applicable taxes and charges where required.

Available payment methods (e.g., credit card, cash on delivery, ABA Pay, or local payment systems) are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made within the regions of Kampot and Phnom Penh.
Delivery times and fees are shown before checkout.
Pickup may be arranged by request if supported.

6. Cancellations & Returns

As we mainly sell freshly prepared food, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or the delivery is incorrect.
Cancellations are only possible before food preparation begins.

7. Liability

Soup & More is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, technical platform errors, or force majeure.

8. Data Protection

Data is collected and processed in accordance with the Gloria platform’s privacy policy, as well as local Cambodian regulations.
Soup & More uses personal data strictly for order processing and never shares it with third parties without consent.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The applicable law is that of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Kampot, if legally permissible.
